By the time we review the output the next morning, there is a working prototype to evaluate. Changes that would take a human team three days of sprinting are completed overnight. Not because the agents are faster per-task than human developers, but because they work continuously.
This collapses timelines in ways that clients initially find hard to believe. "You finished the dashboard overnight?" Yes. Because while we slept, our testing agent ran 500 test cases, our development agent implemented the five screens we spec'd, and our documentation agent wrote the API reference. The morning review is about refinement, not creation.
