What's the equity option about?

For startups we believe in, we offer a reduced cash price in exchange for equity (typically 3-15% depending on the arrangement). This aligns our interests with yours — we succeed when you succeed. It's optional and discussed during the discovery call.

What happens after delivery?

Every project includes 30-60 days of post-delivery support. After that, you can either maintain the product independently (we provide full documentation), engage us on a retainer for ongoing development, or upgrade to our CTO Partnership for long-term collaboration.

How does the CTO Partnership work?

The CTO Partnership is our premium tier for companies that want ongoing strategic tech leadership plus continuous development. You get a fractional CTO (human) who understands your business, plus a full AI agent team building and maintaining your product. Think of it as having a full tech department for a fraction of the cost — typically 5-25K EUR/month instead of 400-700K EUR/year for an equivalent traditional team.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work after the first milestone delivery, we offer a full refund. We are confident in our process because our AI testing agents catch issues before you ever see them. Less than 2% of our projects have ever requested a refund.

Do you charge by the hour?

Never. We charge per project, per milestone, or per monthly retainer. Our pricing is based on outcomes and value delivered, not time spent. Because AI agents work faster than humans, hourly billing would be unfair to you and to us. You pay for the result, not the clock.
